Cancellation policy

• Cancellation free of charge up to 1 month before the day of arrival
• from 1 month before the day of arrival 70% of the total package price
• in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total package price

Cancellation fees only apply if we are unable to resell your room and there is an actual cancellation.

PS. In the event of cancellation, a 5% processing fee will be charged for a refund of the deposit!
